Today I had a revelation. By not allowing others to do acts of service for me I'm not only harming myself but I am limiting their joy. I have very deep reasons why I always tell people I don't need help, Even when I would like them to help me. I'm working on this. But in the meantime. Yes I want your help and support and yes I went you to make me feel like I matter. Yes I want you to choose me .
